Social infrastructure plays an important role in development and maintenance of a society’s quality of life. As a result of shifting population trends, technological advancements and the older age of the existing assets, continued investment in social infrastructure assets is going to be critical. Public-Private-Partnerships could be key in addressing the existing funding gap that supports these critical assets.
