Adam Ruggiero is the head of client solutions for MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Working with key stakeholders across MIM, Ruggiero is tasked with crafting real estate debt and equity solutions that meet the individual and collective needs of our clients. He actively monitors global markets, oversees the strategy development and structuring of new investment vehicles, and serves as a member of the Equity Investment Committee.
Prior to his current position, Ruggiero served as MIM’s head of real estate research. In this role he worked with MIM's real estate regional offices, portfolio managers, and senior leaders to develop investment strategies designed to maximize returns and minimize risk. Prior to joining MIM in 2015, Ruggiero spent eight years with PGIM Real Estate occupying roles in strategy development, asset management, and portfolio management. His duties there included fund level financial modeling, portfolio construction, and the asset management of a portfolio of real estate assets in excess of $580 million.
Ruggiero earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and an MBA in finance from the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
