The Middle Market Private Capital strategy seeks to offer investors access to privately negotiated debt and minority-equity investment transactions, primarily in North American middle market companies. Investments include senior, unitranche and second lien loans, mezzanine notes and equity co-investments. Middle Market Private Capital AUM was $2.8 billion at December 31, 2023.1
