Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Strategist, Insurance Asset Management

Jun Jiang is a senior director and portfolio manager and senior investment strategist within the Insurance Asset Management group at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). In this capacity, Jun is responsible for overseeing client portfolios, formulating and articulating the firm’s global macroeconomic outlook, and providing expertise in asset allocation and portfolio management. He leads the development and implementation of systematic investing strategies, supporting both internal and external clients with a focus on delivering robust investment solutions and disciplined portfolio construction. 

Jun joined MIM in 2011. Prior to his current role, he contributed to the Global Portfolio Strategy unit at MetLife, where he was engaged in portfolio strategy development and analytics. Before joining MIM, Jun was a credit & portfolio risk management analyst at Citigroup.

Jun holds a Ph.D. in polymer physics from SUNY-Stony Brook and an MBA from Cornell University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) charterholder.
