Head of Infrastructure Debt, Americas & APAC

Patrick Manseau, is a Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Debt for the Americas and Asia Pacific for MetLife Investment Management (MIM). He is responsible for MIM’s strategy for infrastructure debt as well as the origination, underwriting and execution of new transactions and the ongoing management of existing investments. Patrick joined MIM in January 2025.

Prior to joining MIM, Patrick was a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Asset-Based Finance for Barings LLC. Prior to that role he was Head of Infrastructure Debt for Barings and previously was a Director on Barings’ Corporate Private Placements team. Prior to his investment roles at Barings, Patrick was Assistant Vice President and Counsel for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he served as investment counsel to Barings’ Private Placement Group and Mezzanine & Private Equity Group. He eventually transitioned from supporting the Private Placement Group as counsel to join the investment team. Patrick has 24 years of investment related experience.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a minor in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Duke University School of Law. He is a CFA® charterholder and he is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
