Assistant Portfolio Manager - Real Estate Debt Strategies
Glenn Delmonico is an assistant portfolio manager of MetLIfe Investment Management's (MIM) Real Estate debt assets. Delmonico is involved in all aspects in the management of such assets and works closely with the team to develop and implement portfolio management strategies.
Delmonico joined MetLife in 2007 as a member of the real estate equity portfolio management team. While in that role, he served on the Equity Investment Committee, and designed and implemented systems utilized by all regional offices and portfolio teams, to manage the entire $10 billion portfolio. In 2012, Delmonico joined the debt strategies group where he was primarily focused on establishing processes and procedures required for the launch of the MetLife’s real estate debt platform. Prior to joining MetLife, Delmonico held real estate positions at HFF and PNC Bank.
Delmonico received his undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from Rutgers University.
