Objective

Our Residential Whole Loan strategy seeks to offer investors access to an actively managed residential loan portfolio that aims to generate attractive income relative to traditional fixed income sectors. The overall residential loan market is a $3.4T2, privately traded marketplace with numerous customizable investment strategies. Our experienced Residential Whole Loan investment team provides established relationships that have historically resulted in healthy deal flow from segments of the market that we find most attractive. Proprietary analytics help enhance MetLife Investment Management's loan-level analysis, diligence, and on-going monitoring in an effort to drive increased returns in our client portfolios.

Philosophy

We believe investment in residential whole loans allows for greater portfolio diversification through exposure to the U.S. housing and consumer credit markets while providing the potential for enhanced yield relative to other fixed income assets.
